The first step in any green project is an analysis and plan. We start by understanding your sustainability goals and what you are looking to achieve by going green. We look to help you define your operational efficiency, green marketing, and strategic sustainability goals.
Once we have aligned goals and objectives, Goby will conduct a building, space, or portfolio analysis on your behalf. From there, we will develop a fully customized roadmap to both immediate and long-term cost savings, as well as potentially achieving green awards such as an Energy Star or LEED Certification.
We will first focus on automating and optimizing processes related to the following:
- site sustainability
- energy usage and atmosphere conditions
- water efficiency
- indoor environmental quality
- materials and resources
Goby will manage your project with resources from a mix of specialized skill sets (environmental engineering, architecture, HVAC, building engineering, janitorial services, etc.), as deemed appropriate to your building. We will also concentrate on achieving tangible ROI in the following ways:

- preparation for pending legislation
- ongoing upkeep vs. emergency repairs
